When you submit the "Get a Quote" or "Request a Call" forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address (Get a Quote only), ZIP code (Get a Quote only), and your answers about your business and coverage needs. We also automatically capture basic attribution data — the page you landed on, the page you submitted from, and referral/campaign source — to understand how you found us.
We use the information you submit solely to review your business, match you with relevant commercial insurance coverage, and contact you about that coverage. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Submitting a form sends your information through the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:
Lead information is retained only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for standard business recordkeeping. We do not currently maintain a marketing database or automated email list beyond direct follow-up on your submission.
You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted at any time by contacting us through the Request a Call form or replying to any email from us.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. The current version always applies to information collected going forward.
